The Papua New Guinea Dockyard is ideally located in the North-West corner of Port Moresby’s Fairfax Harbour, on Motukea Island – a 106-hectare world class prime industrial park.

Located in Port Moresby, the capital city of Papua New Guinea, the PNG Dockyard is close to local service infrastructure including an international airport with daily flights to Australia and four flights a week to Asia, highway access and all-year deep water approaches through Fairfax Harbour.
The Dockyard boasts a slipway with 5,000 tonne lifting capacity by wedge-car for vessels of 130 meters length and 25 meter beam.

The Dockyard handles emergency dockings 24-7, coordinates in-house logistical support by air and sea and provides on-site security personnel as well as crew accommodation and mess facilities.
